Packer Lake
There are some beautiful trails in the Packer Unit of the Sacramento River National Wildlife Refuge!
We saw a blue heron fishing in the lake...
And we saw our first Cedar Waxwings! They blend right in with the yellow leaves on the trees.
Smooch!
A river otter was skimming along the lake...
And a yellow-rumped warbler camouflaged himself in a tree. Can you spot him?
