Ordinary, Shmordinary

We've been to Llano Seco so many times that I always forget to take photos of the platforms and signs, but this time I remembered to get a shot of the kiosk for you!

I can't wait for some rain so everything won't look so dry and dead anymore!

Although, the rusty and gold colors of the refuge are pretty in their own way...

I know Brewer's Blackbirds are a common and abundant bird that you probably see all the time, but I found this one near the viewing platform especially interesting...

He was busy singing a song and didn't seem to mind me snapping a few photos of him and his pretty, glossy feathers...

Even some of the most ordinary birds have a beauty all their own...
