Big Year Part Deux?

Hubby spotted this little Nuttall's Woodpecker next to the visitor center at the Sacramento NWR! Look at that vibrant red mohawk! So cute!
And here are some pics of the immature Snow Goose we saw...



I wasn't planning on doing another big year this year, but we've already seen so many different birds in 2017 that I can't resist! We're just over a week into the new year and we've already seen 50 species!
Here's to another year of wonderful bird sightings!
