Great Blue Heron Rookery ☼ Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge

I saw my first-ever Great Blue Heron rookery while we were driving through the Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge auto tour--and it was AWESOME!

If you've been following my blog, you know that Blue Herons are my absolute favorite bird, so you can imagine the smile I had on my face when I was snapping these photos.
