On our way to the
Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge, we saw dozens of different species from the main road, before we even turned into the entrance!
There was a flock of Franklin's Gulls...
...and they were making the neatest sounds!
We also saw some ibises and avocets, all set against a stunning backdrop of Mt. Shasta.
