Air, Land and Tree
Hawks are prevalent all around the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge. We were lucky to see this Red-tailed Hawk standing on the side of the road on the auto tour.
Their fierce beauty never ceases to amaze me and I enjoy seeing them, whether they're in the air, in a tree, or with their talons planted firmly on the ground.
