Peregrine Falcon Sighting

Posting some of hubby's photos again today! This Peregrine Falcon was on his side of the car on the auto tour at the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge, so he was able to get some great shots of this fierce bird.

We didn't realize it at the time, but later when we were going through the photos we took, we noticed that he's standing on one foot. Plus, it looks like he has a little something leftover on his face from lunchtime...

Hello again!

After losing 95 pounds, I figured it was time for a new profile pic and to reintroduce myself. I am a romance author who LOVES birds. One of my favorite things to do is to go birding at my local wildlife refuges here in the beautiful Sacramento Valley. Living smack-dab in the middle of the Pacific Flyway means that we have a variety of wonderful birds all throughout the year to enjoy and photograph.

In addition to posting about my birding adventures here on the blog, I do try to upload regularly on Instagram and my YouTube channel, so be sure to stop by and say hi!
